Hardware problems on the DB666 - Ethernet PHY add-on board :

1. The signal MII_TX_EN from the connector J3 pin 11 to the
   STE101P pin 54 has been involuntarily connected to GND.

   To fix that on the PCB rev A it is necessary before doing the
   part assembly, to do the following :

   - cut both wires connected to J3 pin 11
   - Cut both wires connected to U1 pin 54

   After the part assembly, solder a wire from J3-11 to U1-54

On both revisions A and B, the signal TXD4/TX_ER should not
be floating as this does not allow for successful TX at 100 Mbps
and 10 Mbps.

Shorting TX_ER pin 52 to a nearby GND via fixes the problem.
