STb710x board MODE switch settings

Most STb710x boards share the same switch settings for the MODE
pins. Early versions of the boards which were designed for the
STb7100 will have two 8-way switch blocks, later versions which
also support the STb7109 will have three switch blocks of
8, 6 and 4-ways.

In addition it is possible to upgrade the mb411 EPLD (to version 1.4)
to support the additional mode pins of the STx7109. This makes use of
a couple of switches which were previously unused.
Note that all switches on the mb411 have SWx-1 on the top, which means
that the "ON" position is on the right. However on the rev A mb411
SW2 and SW3 are rotated and have SWx-1 on the bottom and so
the "ON" position is on the left.
