To verify that we are using the NIS server, enter:

target# ypwhich
ypserver.inmos.co.uk

To list the hosts served by NIS, enter:

target# ypcat hosts
192.168.1.2 server1
192.168.1.3 server2
192.168.1.4 server4
...................
