Testing the date and time

To get the local date and time, enter:

target# date
Wed Sep 14 15:31:12 UTC 2005

To get the date and time from the remote time server, enter:

target# rdate -p timehost
Wed Sep 14 15:31:13 2005

These should be approximately in synchronization with each other.
